Please join us in welcoming Sam Krout to the Bascom Communications team!
Sam is joining us as an Intern and will be working on our Help Desk, where he’ll assist customers with any service-related issues and help keep things running smoothly. He’s currently a student at Tiffin University and is excited to gain hands-on experience in networking and IT support.
Originally from Carey, OH, Sam brings a strong work ethic from previous factory and laborer roles and is eager to grow his skills in a tech-focused environment.
He’s looking forward to learning the basics of networking and gaining real-world experience helping people with computer issues — all while working alongside a great team.
In his free time, Sam enjoys working out, watching anime, playing video games, and getting out to explore new places whenever he can.
