Libby joins us with a wealth of experience and a passion for problem-solving. As a junior at Tiffin University, she’s studying cyber security and digital forensics.
In her role, Libby will be one of the go-to people for assisting our customers with troubleshooting and navigating any challenges that may arise. Before joining Bascom, Libby gained valuable experience at Walmart and Marion General Hospital.
Her favorite project so far has been tackling trouble tickets, showcasing her dedication to resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations. Outside of work, Libby enjoys playing video games with her roommates.
She’s looking forward to applying the concepts and skills she’s learned to real-world scenarios. Let’s support Libby as she embarks on this exciting journey with us!
