Teri Lease Marketing/Business & Community Development Specialist

Teri Lease joins the Bascom Communications team as our Marketing/Business & Community Development Specialist. She is a Seneca East High School graduate and earned her associate degree in Graphic Design and Marketing from Terra State Community College, and continued her education at Indiana University. Teri resides in the rural Tiffin area with her husband, Kraig, and their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys taking photos and exploring the outdoors with her family. Teri previously worked at North Central Electric Cooperative as a Communications Manager and is excited to take on her new role while continuing to work within the community.

Nathan Fike Combination Technician

Nathan Fike joins the Bascom Communications team as a Combination Technician. He is a graduate of Seneca East High School and earned his certificate in Tech Marketing from Terra State Community College. Nathan enjoys music and is the lead guitarist in the band Yesterday’s Hero. He also enjoys playing the drums. Nathan resides in the Green Springs area with his wife, Rebecca, and their son Jamison. Before joining the team, Nathan worked at Sound Solutions and he is excited to continue his journey with Bascom Communications.

Josh Kohr I.T. Support Specialist

Josh Kohr joins the Bascom Communications team as an I.T. Support Specialist. Josh is a graduate of Northmont Senior High School in Clayton, Ohio and recently graduated from Tiffin University with his degree in Cyber Security. While at Tiffin University, Josh played on the men’s basketball team, and in his free time, he enjoys fishing, volleyball, and spending time with his family. He is looking forward to advancing his knowledge in the I.T. world within his position with Bascom Communications.
